Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with a well-done minimalist decor, but there was a persistent sewage smell that even hours of ventilation couldn’t fix, and the room felt dark and dingy with bare concrete walls. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with staff being very helpful and accommodating. The location was a mixed bag; while it offered a perfect spot at the top of the Reina Victoria funicular with breathtaking views, there were some cleanliness issues like dirty glasses from the night before. Dining was a delightful experience with a variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a stay with mixed feelings but memorable moments.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the funicular and in the vibrant Cerro Allegre area. The rooms, although a bit dated, were surprisingly comfortable and cozy. Just remember, there are no lifts, so be prepared if you're on a higher floor.
The hostel had some drawbacks like dark rooms without proper windows and noise during the night but benefits from its location and helpful staff. The on-site restaurant El Internado is convenient, and the room service and transport services were well-organized.
